To determine:
The combinatorial control of genes and how they refuse the criticism of one gene control the other gene and so on.
Introduction:
Genes are the important heredity unit which carries out all the information for protein formation. They are the part of DNA which is found on chromosomes. Genes store the genetic codes and the
Explanation of Solution
The transcription of genes requires many transcription regulatory factors to carry out the process. Enhancer and silencer play an important role in regulation of gene as it allows the regulatory factor to bind with it. Regulatory transcription factors check the transcription of multiple genes. A single gene is controlled by multiple enhancers and silencers. Hence the conversion of DNA to RNA involves multiple silencers and enhancers which require a special combination of regulatory transcription factors and this process of gene regulation shows the combinatorial control. The combinatorial control includes very few genes since each and every gene control the effect of multiple genes. It leads to create a numerous expression pattern in an organism with only limited transcription factors.
Combinatorial control of genes explains that one gene is controlled by multiple genes which makes the transcription process easy to carry out. A small number of regulatory genes formed various combination of transcription factor which control a variety of gene expression.
