Errors in plan:

• The issues in project plan includes:
  • Managers are been involved in beginning of project only.
  • The ratio of managers to analyst is 4:2, it depicts that two managers are essential to manage one resource.
    • The ratio must be changed; single manager must be capable to manage more than one resource.
  • Each phase is been performed by same group of analyst.
    • Each phase should be circulated to different analyst.
  • Analyst are been scheduled to work on weekends and is not scheduled properly on weekdays.
    • Instead of weekend scheduling, analyst should be scheduled properly on weekdays.
  • The major phases in lifecycle are missing from project.
    • Include development and maintenance phases in lifecycle.
  • The design stage is finished through implementation...
