X-inactivation means when one replica of X chromosome present in female mammals is inactivated. The dormant X chromosome is packed in such a way that it becomes immobile structure known as heterochromatin because of this inactivation various disease occur. Mostly males are affected by this inactivation. Genetically Identical individual occur because of cloning. In cloning fertilization of gamete does not take place it is known as asexual reproduction.
