Guidelines provide constructive criticism:

To provide constructive criticism or critical feedback members should take care of few things, such as,

• Feedback should be specific and clear enough.
• Feedback should be helpful to rectify the committed mistakes by taking into consideration the suggestions provided in the critical feedback.
• While providing a feedback people should not mind any personal issues and should avoid personal comments.
• Feedback should help people set positive goals.

Examples where the guidelines were not followed:

• In a team when a member has not provided the information clearly in the document, then other members should provide a critical feedback
  • “the complete thing is unclear”
• If a member is instructing to remove the confusion which has been caused in the document...
