Proteins are high molecular weight complex molecules that are made out of amino acid monomer molecules. Primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary are the four main structural levels of the protein organization. Almost all of the protein molecules are very sensitive to the structure and without the proper shape and the structure it cannot perform its specified function.
