The lungs are the vital organs which develop in the later stage of prenatal period. Sometimes the important parts of lungs not fully develop until the end of pregnancy. The main cause of breathing disorders related to lung development is associated with the premature birth. Congenital defects also affect the lung or airway development and lead to breathing problems.
