To determine:
The way in which detection of biomarkers in saliva different than other types of body sampling.
Concept introduction:
Saliva is a clinically useful, body fluid that is helpful for novel ways to deal laboratory or clinical diagnosis, and management or monitoring of patients with both oral and other diseases. Saliva can be easily collected and stored. It is perfect for early detection of illness as it contains particular soluble biological markers called biomarkers. Saliva contains different biomarkers which make it valuable for numerous assays that are being produced as point-of-care devices, quick tests, or in more standardized configurations for centralized clinical laboratory procedures.
