Introduction:
Parmutation is the interaction between two alleles that causes an epigenetic change in the expression of one of the alleles. These paramutagenic changes often caused due to the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) methylation and histone modification. Paramutation was first observed by Bateson and Caroline Pellew in the corn plant. The phenotype is an observable, physical characteristic in an individual which is expressed by a set of genotypeinclude all visible characteristics such as color, shape, height, and so on.
