The differences between the interstitial fluid and lymph is shown below:

Lymph Interstitial fluid
Lymph refers to the fluid that revolves through the lymphatic system of the human body. It is formed when the interstitial fluid is passed via the lymph capillaries. Interstitial fluid is present between the cell and leads to the formation of lymph when collected in the lymph capillaries.
It is present in the lymphatic vessels. And consists a large number of lymphocytes. It is found in between the cells and does not consist of the vessels.
Conclusion

Therefore, it can be concluded that the lymph is situated in the vessels while interstitial fluid is present between the cells.
