Explanation of Solution

The human body is composed of various cells. These cells function together and form a group which is known as tissue. This tissue then performs the same function and combines together to form an organ. These organs combine together to form an organ system of the body.
Organ system together constitutes an organism.

Hence, tissue level in the biological organization forms and intermediate the link between the cells and the organs. Whereas, organ forms a link between the tissue and organ system. These levels are mandatory along with other levels because without them an organism level of organization cannot be a success.

Conclusion

Hence, tissues are the link between the cells and the organ and organs are the link between the tissues and the organ system of the organization levels.
