There are certain insects that are essentially helpful to plants like earthworms which are also known as farmer’s friends. It is so because the dig the soil and make holes in it and the plants penetrate their roots in these holes and are therefore benefitted in their growth. Similarly there are other insects like ants, bees, wasps and so on as well that help in the growth or some other way to the plants.
