Cash Budget: A cash budget is the prepared to predict the cash receipts and payment in an organization during a particular period of time. Cash budget is a summary of cash flows transaction related to operating, investing and financing activities. While preparing cash budget the non-cash expenses like depreciation, issuance, and receipt of stock dividends are excluded.
