Question
Chapter 23, Problem 32CP
Summary Introduction
To analyze:
To identify the functional relationship between the respiratory system and all other organ systems.
Introduction:
The function of the respiratory system is to exchange the carbon dioxide and oxygen gas between the lungs and air. The oxygenated blood reaches the heart, which is circulated ahead to the various other organs. This is called as systemic circulation. The deoxygenated blood reaches the lungs from the heart, where the exchange of the gases takes place.
