Question
Chapter 2.4, Problem 22BYGO
Summary Introduction
To determine: The change in the structure of the ATP during the release of energy.
Introduction:
Adenosine triphosphate is the full form of ATP. It usually stores chemical energy. The stored energy is obtained from the breakdown of the food molecules. This stored energy is released and used by cells as fuel for all the required cellular activities. ATP acts as a transport service, this means that ATP delivers energy from the energy storehouse to the place where energy-consuming activities are taking place.
