Net filtration pressure (NFP) is a difference between the glomerular hydrostatic pressure in the blood of glomerular capillaries and the pressure that oppose the filtration (blood colloid osmotic pressure, and capsular hydrostatic pressure). It is a type of filtration pressure which promotes the filtration.
