Introduction:

Blood glucose level is regulated by two hormones—insulin and glucagon. Insulin is responsible for decreasing the blood glucose level, while glucagon hormone is responsible for increasing the blood glucose level. Increment in the blood glucose level leads to diabetes, and decrement in the blood glucose level can take a person to coma.
