Question
Chapter 27, Problem 14TYK
Summary Introduction
To determine: The functions of the extracellular membranes and the way in which fish and the frog embryos survive without them.
Introduction:
The extracellular membranes are the layers that surround the embryo inside the uterus. There are four layers that constitute the extra embryonic membranes they are the amnion, chorion, yolk sac and the allantois. These membrane function is to help in the development of the embryo. They are found in myriad of organisms ranging from insects to the most highly developed organisms.
