Introduction:
The different types of vectors allow pollination. The pollination can be brought about by wind, insects, animals and so on. The abscission is the natural falling of leaves, flowers and fruits as a result of senescence.
Explanation of Solution
Pollination is the process by which the pollen grain, male gamete, disperses and attaches to the female receptacle to trigger fertilization. The pollination can take place through various vectors and environmental agents. Pollination is the dispersal of the male gametes or the pollen grain through various agents that allow it to reach the receptacle of the female gametophyte. It can take place with the help of insects, animals, wind and additional structures present in the pollen.
Pollination is the process when the pollen grains reach the female gametophyte and fertilizes the ovule.
