Summary Introduction

To enlist:

Three advantages of seed over spores in terms of the probability that the next sporophyte generation will become successfully established.

Introduction:

Seeds are the fertile parts of a plant that are diploid that is they contain double set of chromosomes and are capable of forming a complete plant. They are developed from the fusion of male and female gamete which then develop into a plant and hence finally gives rise to flowers which is a reproductive part of a plant. Spores are haploid cells or structures that are unicellular and are capable of forming the entire plant or organism and they are found in plants that are non-flowering.
