Introduction:
The growth or development of an ovum is known as oogenesis. The reproductive part of female includes the reproductive cycle, sexual cycle, and menstrual cycle. With the development of oocytes, the menstrual cycle starts through the oogenesis process. The term oogenesis is derived from the ovary, and this term is related to fertilization. Oogenesis refers to the process involved in the development of the eggs. Spermatogenesis refers to the process involved in the production or growth of mature spermatozoa.
