Bryophytes are the plants that do not possess xylem and phloem vessels. They are non-flowering plants and come under the kingdom of bryophyta. Ferns are sporophytic plants that have vascular bundles. They neither produce seeds nor do they produce flowers. Gymnosperms are the plants that have seeds which are not covered by ovary or any fruit. They are the non-flowering plants. Angiosperms are flower producing plants that have vascular bundles and they have seeds that are covered by an ovary or by a fruit.
