Introduction:
AP hospital new intensive care units was designed for 6,500 births a year but with more than 13,000 births in mid 2000’s the hospital intensive care unit is stretched to its limits.
With a need for expansion, the management decided to put 273-bed building which has to be build adhering to the hospital guidelines.
The vice president, Mr. KH wanted the facility to the inside out and the team went on for discussion. A administrative team with 35 users and 1,000 meetings were held along with supereme court to deal with the conflicting issues.
Another complex issues were the funding and regulatory issues. The director of facilty development, Mr. TH was given the responsibility of 100 million project and the activites are given.
