Lymph is a viscous fluid which is made of white blood cell as it contains lymphocytes in large amount. It is formed by the mixing of interstitial fluid with lymph capillaries. It helps in the transportation of minerals, nutrients and hormones. Plasma is straw colored viscous fluid that contains 55% of blood, 90% water and proteins such as fibrinogens, globulins and albumins.
