My question is if there is a building with 1000 windows and the building windows have a dimension of 2 metres width, 4 metres height and a thickness of 1.5 centimetres. It has a thermal conductivity of 0.96. And the temperature outside of the building is 35 degrees and the temperature inside of the building is 24 degrees. What is power output that AC's in the building must do to maintain the 24 degree temperature?
Consider a lightbulb with a power rating of 60 W, and assume that all of the energy arriving at the lightbulb from the voltage source is then released as electromagnetic radiation. Calculate the intensity of the electromagnetic radiation that is radiated out by the lightbulb at a point a distance of 1.0 m away?

- On December 27, 2004, astronomers observed the brightest flash of light ever recorded from outside of our solar system. It came from a highly magnetic neutron star SGR 1806-20 (also know as a magnetar). During the 0.20 s burst, this star released as much energy as our sun would over a period of 250,000 years. The solar array in the previous question consists of 10 panels, each with area A=1.6 m2 .
