To explain:

The factors which preclude the ability to eradicate malaria. Also, explain the eradication of malaria if an effective vaccine was developed for its treatment.

Concept introduction:

Malaria is a disease which is typically transmitted through the bite of an infected female Anopheles mosquito and is very potent life threatening disease. Infected mosquito is responsible for carrying Plasmodium parasite and releasing the pathogen into the blood stream. Common symptoms of malaria include high fever, nausea, vomiting, shaking chills, and abdominal pain.
