The reduction in the incidence of obesity in the United States, if buyers considered the calorie content of food while making a purchase. Also, hypothesize about whether knowing the caloric content of food will change consumer’s food choice.
Concept introduction:
Obesity is growing at a larger scale in the United States and the health consequences can be serious. Obesity represents a medical stage in which excess body fat accumulates around the extent of body parts due to consuming more calories. It leads to serious health issues such as heart disease, acid reflux, urinary incontinence, low back pain and other problems. If a person intakes more calories than the body needs then it causes obesity.
