Chapter 34, Problem 10SQ
Summary Introduction
Introduction: Melatonin hormones are produced in the brain by the pineal gland that regulates the sleep and wake cycle in the body. Melatonin mainly helps to carry the circadian as well as the seasonal rhythms of our body. Melatonin levels increase at nighttime and decrease with daytime.
