To explain: The reason for all the reptiles to not to be endothermic given that both the birds and mammals are endothermic.
Introduction: The endothermic organisms are those organisms which can regulate their body temperature. The presence of a closed circulatory system is must for heat generation. The heat is generated at some part of the body, and it is transferred to the whole body using blood vessels. As the blood flow rate is higher in organisms having a closed circulatory system hence the rate of heat transfer is higher in these organisms.
