The courtship behavior is a set of behavior in which the animal endeavors to lure the opposite sex and exhibit their wish to mate. In some species the male perform specialized movements to attract female while courtship behavior is less common in females due to requirement of high amount of energy which is to be utilized for gamete production and nourishment of young one after the fertilization.
