Taxis are types of the innate behavior. In this type of behavior, there is a movement which is either towards or away from the stimulus. A reflex action is also a type of taxis movement. Tropism is turning of all or a part of any organism in a fixed direction. This movement of an organism is in the direction of the stimulus.
