Chapter 4, Problem 2IQ
Summary Introduction
To describe: What structural features are common in mitochondria and chloroplast.
Introduction: Most of the eukaryotic cells, such as green plants and algae, contain pigment-containing double membrane-enclosed organelles known as chloroplast. Most of the eukaryotic cells contain irregular-shaped elongated organelles known as mitochondria. They are found all over the cytoplasm of most of the eukaryotic organisms.
