The process, in which the long white sprouts are formed with tiny leaves in the potatoes when kept in a dark cupboard and to explain the behavior of the potatoes.

Introduction:

The potatoes are grown using the two methods: true seeds of potatoes and small potatoes. The small potatoes are used to grow the new potatoes because they form tiny shoot tike structures on it.
