The organisms lacking a nucleus, and membrane-bound organelles in their cells were included in prokaryotes like bacteria and the organisms with a true nucleus, and membrane-bound organelles in their cells were included in eukaryotes.

Introduction:

The cell is a basic structural and functional unit of life. The eukaryotic cell contains specialized organelles like mitochondria, nucleus, ribosomes and so on. Each organelle is able to perform its specialized functions.
