The way in which a tan develops and the benefits of minimum sun exposure.

Introduction:

Tan is the pigmentation of the area on the skin that is exposed to longer periods of sun. It occurs when the UV light of the sun penetrates the skin surface and the production of melanin increases to protect the layers of skin from sun. The tanning is prominent in person with color, as the melanin production increases. People with lighter skin experience sun burns, when exposed to too much sunrays.
