A survey conducted with a question being asked in two different ways and the results of both the surveys:
Do you favor or oppose taking military action in Iraq to end Saddam Hussein’s rule? 68% favored military action and 25% opposed it.
Do you favor or oppose taking military action in Iraq to end Saddam Hussein’s rule even if it meant that US forces might suffer thousands of casualties? 43% favored military action and 48% opposed it.
