Overloaded Hospital
Write a
• The number of days spent in the hospital
• The daily rate
• Hospital medication charges
• Charges for hospital services (lab tests, etc.)
The program should ask for the following data if the patient was an outpatient:
• Charges for hospital services (lab tests, etc.)
• Hospital medication charges
The program should use two overloaded functions to calculate the total charges. One of the functions should accept arguments for the inpatient data, while the other function accepts arguments for outpatient information. Both functions should return the total charges.
Input Validation: Do not accept negative numbers for any data.

- 11 Worksheet 5 Note:Solution using Matlab Code Write a program that prompts the user to enter a number within the range of 1 through 7, those numbers represent the weekdays as shown in the table. If the entered number is more than 7, display 'invalid day'. Number 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Day Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Type of the day Workday Workday Workday Workday Workday Weekend Weekend The program should continue to repeat itself 10 times, after which, the program should stop. Furthermore, the program should be able to show a message saying if this is a 'workday' or a 'weekend day'. Note: you are required to add a comment beside your command. Hint: to add a comment you may use the % sign. thank guys you dodo great.arrow_forwardMPI Lab Directions Write an MPI program, countprimes which will count the number of prime numbers in the numbers from 1 to n inclusive where n is a long integer. The value for n which should be set in the program using a constant should be 50,000. Each process will test its share of the cases. Each process should not print out any primes that it finds, but it should keep a running total. Before the process finishes, it should print out its ID number and its count of primes that it found. The master process should end with printing a total for the count of the number of primes and the total amount of time taken to find all the primes. Take a screenshot of the output for running this with 5 processes. Before submission, make sure you clean up the directories so that no miscellaneous files are kept around in the submission. (Grade would be deducted if useless files are found in the homework directories.) Include the source code, screenshot, and the Makefile in the submission. - Java Program 01 - Theater Ticket System A small ten-seat theater has contracted you to build software which will reserve tickets. The theater has two rows of five seats each. Each row is referred to by number (1 or 2) and each seat in the row is referred to by letter (A, B, C, D, and E). When started, the program should ask the user for the row they prefer (row selection). If that row has no empty seats then the program should ask the user if they prefer the other row, if no then display a message stating the next show is tomorrow. Upon selecting a row, the program should present the user with a choice of available seats in the row. The user can then either choose a seat and print the ticket (in this case a simple message will suffice) or return to row selection. If a ticket is printed the program should return to row selection. The program terminates when all seats are reserved. Please enter a row: 1 Available seats: A B C D E Which seat, enter Q for none?: B You have…arrow_forwardHospital Charges In Python - Write a program that computes and displays the charges for a patient’s hospital stay. First, the program should ask if the patient was admitted as an in-patient or an out-patient. If it is, it shouldbe re-entered before being returned.Once the required data has been input and validated, the program should use twoseparate functions to calculate the total charges. The program should display two random numbers to be added, such as 247 +129 The program should then pause while the student works on the problem. Lulu Hypermarket wants you to create a program that they can use to compute for the discounts to be given to Lulu card holders. The program should read the user to enter the name of the customer and the number of purchases. The number of purchases will serve as the counter for the number of times purchase amount will be entered by the user. The program should be able to count the number of purchase amounts in each of the following ranges: • 1 to 30 • Above 30 The program should also compute the sum of all the purchase amounts. A discount is computed based on the sum of the purchase amount. If the sum of the purchase is more than 500, the discount is 2.5% of the sum; otherwise, the discount is 5% of the sum. Display an appropriate output. Python 3arrow_forward2. Rolling Dice Simulator in C Difficulty: Requirements: • As the title suggests, this question involves writing a program that simulates rolling dice. When the program runs, it will randomly choose a number between 1 and 6. (Or whatever other integer you prefer — the number of sides on the die is up to you.) • The program will print what that number is. • It should then ask you if you’d like to roll again. • For this question, you will need to set the min and max number that your dice can produce. For the average die, that means a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 6. . Use online C compiler HD to do this question, use while loop to get this done . In 150 words explain your code or program.arrow_forward
