Erickson’s theory defines that the experiences in childhood solely depends upon the parents, teachers and family members and that time child cannot control every thing but the four stages of childhppd the child experience the free will and his own choices that will effect his maladadptiveness and adaptive behavior. Erickson further added that personailyty is mixture of learning and experiences that is determined by psychosocial aspects. So, we must develop positive ego identity over all basic strengths.
