The major heat is produced in the active cells of the body, like the skeletal cell, cardiac cells, and the liver cells. When the metabolism of the cell rises above a certain amount, heat is generated. When this heat or temperature exceeds the given set point, nervous system stimulates different organs to dissipate this heat.
