• When one plugs anything into a wall socket in the house, he or she is connecting that something in parallel to all the other things that are plugged in elsewhere.
• Brushing multiple teeth in the same time is also an example of parallelism.
• Loading all important files in the office bag and carrying them is an example of parallelism.
• People walking to work at the same time are also an example of parallelism.
• Eating lunch and watching TV at the same time is also an example of parallelism.
