* Two identical lightweight arms are mounted so that they can revolve in a horizontal plane around a common axis. Two balls of masses m and 3m are fixed to the ends of the arms and connected with a light compressed spring (see the top view in Figure P6.69). When the spring is released, the arms are pushed apart, rotate in opposite directions, and finally collide. What is the angle through which each arm turns before they collide? Indicate any assumptions that you made.
