Introduction
The skeletal muscles can have two types of fibers, slow twitch and fast twitch fibers. The former one utilizes the ATP slowly and hence contracts slowly, they are responsible for muscular endurance and stamina, while the latter one utilizes it rapidly and contracts quickly, and they are responsible for speed and strength. Creatine phosphate is the phosphorylated form of creatine, which is found in muscles.
