To define: Endochondral ossification.
Introduction: Bones provide the protective and supporting framework for the tissues and organs of the body. Bones are covered by a two-layer solid membrane known as the periosteum. The outer membrane is a dense connective tissue. The inner membrane contains osteoblasts that are mainly called the bone formers.
B.
To determine: The original source of osteoblast in endochondral ossification.
Introduction: Cytoskeleton is a complex network of interlinking filaments and tubules that are made up of microtubules, actin filaments (microfilaments), and intermediate filaments.
