According to utilitarian perspective, the ethics of an action is determined by its outcome.

• This means, the actions are judged ethical, if it produce the highest good to the highest number.

Meeting cost of Alliance Partners:

The Alliance’s partners will meet twice in a year to evaluate their financial status, performances, strategy, and proposal for next six months as well as the long terms.
