Write a user-defined function that determines the location of the center and the radius of a circle that passes through three given points in a plane. The function also creates a plot that shows the circle and the points. For the function name and arguments, use [C R] =Circle3Pts (A, B, C). The input arguments A, B, and C are each a two-element vector with the x and y coordinates of the corresponding point. The output argument C, is a vector with the coordinates of the center the output argument R is the radius (both rounded to the nearest hundredth). Use the function with the following three points: A(7, 1.2), B(0.5, 2.6), and C(-2.4,-1.4).
