Chapter 7.7, Problem 7.19CP
Program Plan Intro
Two-dimensional arrays:
- • A two-dimensional (2D) array can store multiple collections of data.
- • It contains rows and columns of elements.
- • In two-dimensional array, normally the first subscript is called as row size and the second subscript is called as column size.
- • The format to declare the two-dimensional array is given below:
dataType[,] eleName= new dataType [row_size, column_size];
- • Where,
- ○ “dataType” indicates the type of data such as “int”, “double”, “string”, and so on.
- ○ “eleName” indicates the two-dimensional array variable.
- ○ “row_size” indicates the size of row.
- ○ “column_size” indicates the size of column.

In this function, the user is prompred to enter a positive number that is no greater than 20, and this input will loop until the user enters a legal value. This value will be filled inside of the reference parameter mentioned above. From here, the array will be filled up to "value" elements with randomly generated numbers between 1 and 100.
