Introduction:
The nematode Caenorhabditis elegans is considered as the model system for the study of developmental biology in relation to molecular genetics. C.elegans is a small, free living nematode with a cell number of 959. Despite of having small cell number, the genome consists approximately 20,000 genes, nearly equal to the human genome. This nematode displays the rudiments of major biological systems like nervous, reproductive, feeding etc. but lacks skeleton.
