Explanation of Solution

Circumstances:

• If a specific set of resources are shared by the processes, then it is reasonable to group them as a subsystem.
• If a set of processes is used for system testing, then it is better to group them as a subsystem. It is because if there is a crash or something weird happens, then only that subsystem in which they are running is affected.
• If access is given to a specific group of people for a limited time or resources, then these user processes need to be grouped as well...
