Emotionality, openness, conscientiousness, agreeableness, and extraversion. Emotionality is the emotions of the employees which would affect performance on the job. Emotionality would affect their leadership skills, decision-making skills, and team spirit. The employee must be open to experience and learning. Conscientiousness includes the tendency of an employee to work within the rules and plan. Conscientiousness includes consistency, predictable, hardworking, and energetic.
Agreeableness is the ability of the people to get along with their colleagues. It includes politeness, patience, cheerful, and considerate. Extroversion refers to the ability of the employees to interact with other. It includes a talkative, affectionate, fun-loving, and friendly.
