There are many aspects the administer of the hospital has to consider to change to a drug dependency hospital from as short-term, acute-care facility. The administer has to create a business plan as it is a great transformation process. A business plan is a written document that describes a business, its objectives and strategies, the market it is and its financial structure and forecasts.
