Functions of a Hard disk:

The Hard disk is also referred as hard disk drive (HDD), which is used to store and retrieve the data, information, and instruction.

• It is circular platters that utilize the magnetic particles to store the data. The platter is coated with the magnetic materials and it can use the longitudinal recording or perpendicular recording, and number of bits which is stored in storage medium is density.
